．Watering: Be sure to regularly water the tree stand. Never let the base of the tree dry out, as this will cause the cut to seal and reduce water absorption.

．Placement: Place the tree in a cool area with good air circulation, and away from direct sunlight.

．Please note that plants are natural, standardised products - variations in colour, form, and fullness are to be expected.

．Needle drop is a natural and normal occurrence.

．Noble Fir trees typically last approximately 3–4 weeks indoors, depending on environmental conditions and care.

．As each tree may differ in health and appearance, customers are encouraged to assess suitability before placing an order. We are unable to accept responsibility for any sensitivities or allergic reactions related to plant materials. Awareness of how plants may impact pet health can vary. Customers are advised to exercise their own judgment and consult a licensed veterinarian prior to purchase.

．No cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Free shipping will be provided if you spend more than HKD$4000 (except for remote areas and outlying islands).

Our delivery slots are: 10:00am-12:00pm, 12:00pm-2:00pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm, 4:00pm-6:00pm, 6:00pm-7:30pm.

There is no specified delivery time during our standard hours. During the standard delivery time, we cannot provide you with an accurate arrival time.

Actual stock will be available from early December. Our team will contact you to arrange the exact delivery date by late November

Delivery Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional delivery fee.

No Elevator / Stair Carry Charge:
If delivery address has no elevator, and items must be carried upstairs, we will charge by floor level:
．Standard rate: $100 per staircase (excluding basement levels)
．This stair-carrying fee is collected by the delivery team upon arrival.

Mismatch in Delivery Address or Environment:
If the delivery address does not match the order, or if the delivery environment is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, additional charges may apply and will be quoted on-site by the delivery team, depending on the circumstances.

Delivery to a Third Party:
If someone else will receive the order on your behalf, we are not liable for any damage or loss once the delivery is accepted.

Weather Conditions:
．In case of severe weather, such as typhoons or black rainstorms, delivery will be rescheduled.
．We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

*There is no collection service in the MTR Station, please come to our store for collecting and verifying your order.
