Could I change my order details?

Yes - please contact our customer service at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled delivery. To ensure on-time delivery, we are unable to accept last-minute change requests.

Could I cancel my order?

We are sorry, but confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. Please note that unsuccessful cancellations are non-refundable.

Could I pick up my order in store?

Yes, definitely! You’re welcome to pick up your order directly at our store:

Monday to Sunday: 10:30am-1:00pm, 2:00pm–5:00pm, 5:00-7:00pm.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

Yes. Delivery fees vary by region in Hong Kong. Please see our “Delivery - Districts and Fees” page for more details

Could I send flowers on Sundays and public holidays?

Yes. Simply place your order in advance, and we can arrange delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Could I send flowers today?

Yes, absolutely! We offer same-day delivery for both fresh and preserved flowers. Simply browse the styles on our website or Instagram, then contact our customer service via WhatsApp +852 6636 2776 to check availability. Please note that flower stock varies daily - if your chosen style is unavailable, we may replace it with similar blooms.

Workshops

Can I cancel my workshop booking and get a refund?

All workshop bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Can I reschedule my workshop session?

Yes, each booking allows for one reschedule only. Please notify us at least 5 days before your original session to make any changes.

What if I can't attend and rescheduling isn't possible?

If you inform us at least 5 days in advance, but cannot reschedule, we can offer store credit instead. This credit can be used on any floral products, excluding workshops and subscriptions.

Quality Issues and Returns

Product and Service Concerns

If you believe your order is defective, contact us immediately after the delivery with your order number and clear photos/video. Please keep the product in its original condition and do not discard it. We will review your case promptly and provide a satisfactory and suitable remedy.

Custom Cards & Add-ons

Could I include my own card or gift with the flowers?

Yes. You may bring your own card or gift to our store, and our florists will attach it to your flowers. Alternatively, you can write a personalised card directly on our website when placing your order.
