Welcome to Serene Haven Floristry. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
These Terms govern your use of our website and services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products and Services
All products are subject to availability. Substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or greater value if specific blooms are unavailable.
Product images are for reference only. The final arrangement may vary slightly due to seasonal availability.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, or other content on our site are error-free.
3. Orders
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
Please ensure all recipient and delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Custom orders must be arranged directly with our team and may require additional processing time.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery is available within Hong Kong during our delivery hours.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed under standard service.
If the recipient refuses to sign for the goods, or unavailable to receive the order, we may leave the order at the delivery spot.
Title and risk transfer at drop-off; we are not liable for any loss, theft, weather exposure, or damage after that time.
5. Pickup
Customers may select in-store pickup during checkout.
Orders must be collected on the specified date and time. Please verify goods upon collection.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Order changes must be requested at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled delivery. Urgent changes cannot be accepted.
No cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it is non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Substitutions: If a specific flower or material is unavailable due to seasonal or market shortages, we will replace it with a similar item in the same colour palette and of equal or greater value to preserve the design.
7. Returns and Complaints
If you believe your order is defective, contact us immediately after the delivery with your order number and clear photos/video. Please keep the product in its original condition and do not discard it.
We will review your case promptly and provide a satisfactory and suitable remedy.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Payment
Online Order - We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard), Google Pay and Apply Pay. Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.
Shop In-store - We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS, PayMe and Octopus.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control (e.g. traffic, weather, accidents, third-party services).
Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
