Floral Experience & Event Marketing Specialist for a High‑End Brand

As a Bloom Specialist, you are entrusted with shaping how our brand is experienced through refined floral storytelling, impeccably organized events, and attentive client engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Floral Experience & Client Advisory
- Act as the floral experience authority, advising clients on flower selection, symbolism, seasonality, and elevated gifting solutions
- Translate creative and commercial objectives into refined floral concepts for brand, social, and corporate events
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the brand’s aesthetic, tone, and service philosophy
Marketing Event & Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events including brand launches, social gatherings, private client events, pop‑ups, and corporate functions
- Manage event projects end‑to‑end, including:
- Alignment on event concept and floral direction
- Timelines, task planning, and internal coordination
- Vendor and external partner management (venues, photographers, stylists, suppliers etc.)
- On‑site setup, execution, and post‑event follow‑up
- Maintain composure and operational excellence under time‑sensitive or high‑pressure conditions
Sales & Relationship Development
- Support event‑driven sales opportunities and corporate engagements
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Assist with bespoke, high‑value, and customized floral orders
Brand, Marketing & Social Media Integration
- Support marketing initiatives with strong working knowledge of social media platforms and their backstage systems
- Coordinate content creation, including images, videos, and behind‑the‑scenes materials
- Ensure all brand and marketing assets meet luxury brand standards
Operational Support & Flexibility
- Be prepared to report for duty at irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays, as required by business operations and event schedules
- Undertake other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors, aligned with business needs and brand objectives
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of sales or client‑facing experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency to drive for sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a composed, professional presence
- High sensitivity to aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly in a premium brand environment
- Highly proficient in digital tools and systems, including:
- Major social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu or similar) and their backstage environments
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Project and task management tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, Asana or similar)
- Highly Adaptable, discreet, and execution‑focused
- Fluent Cantonese; professional working proficiency in English and Chinese
Preferred Background
- Floral, lifestyle, hospitality, event, or premium retail exposure.
- Interest or experience in floral design, visual presentation, or experiential marketing
- Prior involvement in brand events, social gatherings, or corporate functions is an advantage
Compensation
- Performance‑linked remuneration aligned with contribution and execution quality.
