When will my Christmas Tree/ Wreath/ Red Poinsettias be delivered?
Our Christmas Trees, Wreaths, and Red Poinsettias are available for pre-order. Stock will arrive in early December. Our team will contact you by late November to arrange your preferred delivery date.
Will I be contacted before delivery?
Yes! We'll confirm delivery details with you directly via WhatsApp.
Why are needles falling from my tree or wreath?
Needle drop is a natural and normal occurrence. With daily misting and care, your wreath or tree can last 2-4 weeks, depending on environmental conditions and care. Avoid direct sunlight and heat for best freshness.
Workshop FAQ
Do I need any floral experience?
Not at all! Our workshops are beginner-friendly and guided by our florists.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes! We offer special package for three, which is perfect for couples, friends, or parent-child pairs.
How do I confirm my time slot?
Your timeslot will be confirmed as soon as you check out. Our team will also contact you a few days before the workshop via WhatsApp or Phone for double confirmation.
Can I cancel my workshop booking and get a refund?
All workshop bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Can I reschedule my workshop session?
Yes, each booking allows for one reschedule only. Please notify us at least 5 days before your original session to make any changes.
What if I can't attend and rescheduling isn't possible?
If you inform us at least 5 days in advance, but cannot reschedule, we can offer store credit instead. This credit can be used on any floral products, excluding workshops and subscriptions.
