．Needle drop is a natural and normal occurrence.
．With proper care, your fir wreath will stay fresh and festive for 2–3 weeks, depending on conditions.
．Some pets may be sensitive to fir or other greenery. If you have pets, please consult your veterinarian before placing the wreath within reach.
．For indoor use, avoid hanging directly over heating vents, fireplaces, or in areas with poor air circulation.
．No cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Free shipping will be provided if you spend more than HKD$4000 (except for remote areas and outlying islands).

Our delivery slots are: 10:00am-12:00pm, 12:00pm-2:00pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm, 4:00pm-6:00pm, 6:00pm-7:30pm.

There is no specified delivery time during our standard hours. During the standard delivery time, we cannot provide you with an accurate arrival time.

Delivery Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional delivery fee.
Mismatch in Delivery Address or Environment:
If the delivery address does not match the order, or if the delivery environment is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, additional charges may apply and will be quoted on-site by the delivery team, depending on the circumstances.
Delivery to a Third Party:
If someone else will receive the order on your behalf, we are not liable for any damage or loss once the delivery is accepted.
Weather Conditions:
．In case of severe weather, such as typhoons or black rainstorms, delivery will be rescheduled.
