．Humidity: Poinsettias prefer moderate humidity. If your space is dry, you can lightly mist the leaves - but avoid overwatering or wetting the soil excessively.

．Please note that plants are natural, standardised products - variations in colour, form, and fullness are to be expected.
．As a seasonal plant, poinsettias typically last around one month with proper care.
．No cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Free shipping will be provided if you spend more than HKD$4000 (except for remote areas and outlying islands).

Our delivery slots are: 10:00am-12:00pm, 12:00pm-2:00pm, 2:00pm-4:00pm, 4:00pm-6:00pm, 6:00pm-7:30pm.

There is no specified delivery time during our standard hours. During the standard delivery time, we cannot provide you with an accurate arrival time.

Delivery Note

Delivery Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in an additional delivery fee.
Mismatch in Delivery Address or Environment:
If the delivery address does not match the order, or if the delivery environment is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, additional charges may apply and will be quoted on-site by the delivery team, depending on the circumstances.
Delivery to a Third Party:
If someone else will receive the order on your behalf, we are not liable for any damage or loss once the delivery is accepted.
Weather Conditions:
．In case of severe weather, such as typhoons or black rainstorms, delivery will be rescheduled.
