🌺【Flower Care】

We recommend watering the floral foam every 2–3 days and placing the arrangement in a well-ventilated area. Each piece is thoughtfully designed with naturally hardy flowers, which typically stay fresh for up to a week depending on the environment.

【Can I cancel my workshop booking and get a refund?】

All workshop bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

【Can I reschedule my workshop session?】

Yes, each booking allows for one reschedule only. Please notify us at least 5 days before your original session to make any changes.

【What if I can't attend and rescheduling isn't possible?】

If you inform us at least 5 days in advance, but cannot reschedule, we can offer store credit instead. This credit can be used on any floral products, excluding workshops and subscriptions.
