Free shipping is available for orders above HKD $5,500, except for remote areas, outlying islands, and peak festive periods (including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Mother’s Day, 520, Christmas, and other seasonal peak periods, subject to operational availability).

Our delivery slots are: 10:00am-12:00pm, 12:00pm-4:00pm, 4:00pm - 7:00pm.

We offer the option to select a preferred delivery timeslot during standard hours. Kindly note that, while we make every effort to honour your choice, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed, as delivery times may vary due to unforeseen operational and logistical factors.

Pickup Time:
Monday to Sunday: 10:30am-1:00pm, 2:00pm–5:00pm, 5:00pm-7:00pm.
Getting There:
2 mins walk from Sai Ying Pun MTR Station Exit B1.
Customers may select their preferred pickup date and time during checkout.
*There is no collection service in the MTR Station, please come to our store for collecting and verifying your order.

Same Day Delivery

If you wish to enjoy same day delivery service, please make sure to place your order before 1300 from Monday to Sunday. Simply browse the styles on our website or Instagram, then contact our customer service via WhatsApp +852 6636 2776 to check availability. Please note that flower stock varies daily - if your chosen style is unavailable, we may replace it with similar blooms.
